Yoga rejuvenates the body and calms the mind using breathing techniques (pranayama) as the link between the mind and the body, and balances this with postures both flowing and strong. Our most popular class, classical Hatha yoga, is a beautiful balance between movement, pranayama, relaxation &amp; meditation. Classes are suitable for both beginners and those that have practised for some time. The yoga space is humble, inclusive and feels like home, a place free of distractions and full of energy. It welcomes you to simply breathe and be. To allow you some quiet time, The Yoga space will open 15 minutes prior to commencement.  All yoga equipment is supplied, please bring water and a blanket.</image:caption>
